Senior Business Systems Analyst

Summary

Requirements

• Over 4-years experience in Workday implementation (preferred - experience in more than one module)
• Workday certifications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Perform Workday system configurations and implementation of new features and modules
• Support and guide end users through the testing of new features
• Troubleshoot system issues and answer end-users' queries
• Create and maintain documentation to support rollouts
• Perform audits to ensure system accuracy and compliance
• Analyze business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HRIS like Greenhouse and Adaptive are a plus
• Project Management experience is a plus
