Requirements
- Over 4-years experience in Workday implementation (preferred - experience in more than one module)
- Workday certifications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Perform Workday system configurations and implementation of new features and modules
- Support and guide end users through the testing of new features
- Troubleshoot system issues and answer end-users' queries
- Create and maintain documentation to support rollouts
- Perform audits to ensure system accuracy and compliance
- Analyze business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HRIS like Greenhouse and Adaptive are a plus
- Project Management experience is a plus
