Circle is hiring a Senior Campaigns Manager based in the United States to lead global marketing initiatives and expand the brand and product footprint. The person will develop influencer marketing strategies, create country-specific marketing campaigns, oversee localization efforts, conduct market research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and monitor analytics.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Global Marketing, B2B Influencer Marketing, or Partner Marketing
  • Expertise in B2B campaign & B2B2C design and deployment, message development & results analysis, and reporting at a global scale
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing in diverse markets
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to engage with cross-functional leaders to drive results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ownership and accountability of multi-channel in market initiatives and programs
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong verbal, listening, and written communication
  • Demonstrated success navigating complex business environments and driving efficient and effective execution

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and reach target audiences globally
  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to support business objectives
  • Oversee the localization and translation of marketing materials to ensure cultural relevance and effective communication in different regions
  • Conduct country-specific research to identify market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, and other teams to align marketing efforts and drive business growth globally
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of global marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for continuous improvement
  • Drive performance marketing initiatives across different channels to increase customer acquisition and retention

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience/familiarity with 6Sense, Seismic, HubSpot, Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
  • An appetite for work travel

Benefits

  • Day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates
  • Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $207,500
  • Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
