Lumin Digital is seeking an experienced Events and Campaign Manager to join their marketing team. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in event planning and campaign management, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry and specifically within the finance, banking, and credit union sectors
  • Proven track record of successful event execution and integrated marketing campaign management with a B2B Saas organization, preferably in the financial or banking industry
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact virtual and in-person events such as webinars, industry conferences, trade shows, and client events
  • Develop and implement event strategies that align with overall marketing goals and the specific needs of the finance, banking, and credit union sectors
  • Handle all aspects of event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and post-event analysis
  • Design and execute integrated awareness marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and content, to craft compelling campaign narratives and assets
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to manage campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and personalized communication
  • Drive awareness and contact engagement efforts through targeted event participation and focused marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel
  • Work closely with the sales and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) team to ensure effective lead handoff and follow-up
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of events and campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize event strategies and marketing campaigns for maximum impact and ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
