Summary

Join our team as a Senior Capacity and Performance Management Consultant and help us adapt Capacity and Performance Management to the Cloud. You will implement existing capacity & performance monitoring, collaborate with clients, conduct training sessions, develop KPIs, analyze data, identify gaps, and stay updated on industry trends. This role requires proven experience in capacity and performance management within an IT environment, strong analytical skills, cloud experience, and proficiency in various technologies. Requirements

  • Proven experience in capacity and performance management within an IT environment
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
  • Cloud experience
  • Experience with performance monitoring tools and capacity planning software
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL processes
  • Service Management experience
  • Knowledge of IT-related technologies such as servers and systems, backup and storage, and networks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English is required

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level services in Capacity and Performance management area
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams, if needed
  • KPIs development for Capacity & Performance Management in the Cloud
  • Ensure that Capacity Management and Availability Management KPIs are monitored
  • Analyze existing capacity/performance-related information and trends
  • Identify gaps/bottlenecks and propose improvements
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile and Azure DevOps is considered a plus
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience with BMC Remedy is considered a plus
