Join Eversight by Instacart as a Senior Manager of Pre-Sales Solutions Consulting to lead and develop a growing team of Solutions Consultants. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading pre-sales teams at B2B SaaS companies with demonstrated success in revenue growth and process improvement
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and managing high-performing Solutions Consulting teams
- Deep expertise in CPG and/or Retail verticals, including strong understanding of Trade Promotion and Retail Price Management/Merchandising
- Strong presentation and persuasion capabilities with experience engaging senior executives
- Experience developing business processes and strategies in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience analyzing and improving pre-sales performance metrics including win rates and sales cycle acceleration
- Ability to balance strategic leadership responsibilities with hands-on customer engagement
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, and develop a growing team of Solutions Consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and achievement
- Drive team performance through clear metrics, regular coaching, and strategic territory planning
- Define and track key performance indicators to continuously improve team effectiveness
- Coach your team to deliver compelling product demonstrations by establishing processes, training programs, and certification standards
- Develop and optimize pre-sales methodologies and best practices that enable your team to accelerate deal velocity
- Personally engage with executive sponsors and key decision makers at our most strategic prospects alongside your team
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure aligned customer engagement strategies
- Partner with Product teams as Voice of the Customer, coaching your team to synthesize market feedback that informs product roadmap decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data analytics platforms in retail/CPG contexts
- Background in pricing optimization, promotional analytics, or revenue management technologies
- Track record of successful collaboration with Product and Engineering teams in a customer-facing capacity
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams
