Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of change management, organizational development, or business transformation experience
- Experience with metrics and analytics to assess the success of change initiatives
- Strong knowledge of change management models, frameworks, tools, and best practices
- Proven track record of leading change initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to identify risks and employ effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute program and project level change management strategies and plans aligned with the company’s transformation objectives and standards
- Contribute to the design and implementation of change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools
- Ensure that change initiatives are aligned to organizational goals and are delivered on time and within scope
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on change-related issues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with leadership and project teams to assess the impact of change initiatives across the company
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for change efforts
- Oversee communication strategies to ensure transparent, timely, and effective messaging around change programs
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions and feedback loops to monitor and manage engagement and resistance
- Conduct change impact assessments and identify areas of risk that could affect the success of initiatives
- Partner with project leadership to develop mitigation strategies to address resistance and minimize disruption
- Lead efforts to anticipate organizational challenges and create solutions that support a smooth transition
- Lead the creation of change-related training and adoption plans in partnership with learning and development
- Coordinate the design and delivery of training programs and performance support resources to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required for successful transformation
- Coach sponsors, people leaders, project managers, and team members in change management practices and mindsets
- Establish KPIs and success metrics to monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as needed
- Report progress and outcomes to project leadership and adjust strategies based on feedback and results
- Conduct post-implementation surveys and reviews and leverage data to improve the company’s change management capability
