Summary

Join Del Oro Consulting as a Senior Change Manager for a remote, ongoing consulting contract. You will oversee large, complex programs, ensuring alignment with strategic change goals. Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in program or project management, leading complex initiatives with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale change programs with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
  • Knowledge and track record of applying Change industry best practices
  • Strong understanding of the communications function and its ability to influence, amplify and meet change objectives
  • Ability to define, manage and execute multiple parallel tracks within an overall plan of execution
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous work environment while managing change effectively
  • Comfortable operating in both technical and non-technical environments

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a large and complex program, ensuring alignment with strategic change goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive master project plan, tracking progress against key milestones and deadlines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather insights and drive program success
  • Current state assessment
  • Stakeholder identification, analysis and readiness assessment
  • Review of current communications channels/vehicles
  • Goal state definition mapped to the stakeholder assessment, with success measures and benchmarks identified, and tracking implemented
  • Integrated change plan creation and execution
  • Definition of key messaging by stakeholder group in conjunction with project SMEs
  • Analysis and establishing a roadmap for improvement and effectiveness of the overall change strategy
  • Measurement of stakeholder progress up the change curve
  • Training design and execution

Preferred Qualifications

Background in Learning & Development (L&D) or Human Resources (HR) is beneficial but not required
