Summary
Join SOCRadar's growing sales team as a Channel Account Manager (CAM) and drive revenue through partner ecosystems, including VARs, MSSPs, MSPs, and distributors. Develop and execute a regional channel strategy, build and manage partner relationships, and recruit and onboard new partners. You will be responsible for driving MSSP revenue growth, ensuring pipeline growth, tracking partner performance, and resolving partner-related disputes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management within cybersecurity, SaaS, or threat intelligence sectors. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Channel Sales or Partner Management role, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or threat intelligence sectors
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems: MSSPs, MSPs, VARs, and distributors
- Proven ability to drive channel pipeline growth and meet revenue targets
- Familiarity with building and executing regional GTM strategies
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Experience with conflict resolution and partner performance management
Responsibilities
- Channel Strategy: Develop and execute a regional channel strategy in line with SOCRadar's global channel playbook, including capacity planning and categorizing top-tier direct and indirect partners
- Partner Relationships: Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with partners to ensure alignment with SOCRadar contracts and compliance requirements
- Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify and onboard new partners that fit our ideal partner profile, and align on technical/sales enablement with Technical Account Managers
- Revenue Targets: Drive MSSP revenue growth by ensuring a 30% net expansion in existing MSSPs and generating new MSSP business
- Pipeline Growth: Ensure partners are developing enough pipeline to meet regional sales targets
- Track Partner Performance: Collaborate with partners to build business plans and monitor performance based on GTM metrics
- Conflict Resolution: Manage and resolve partner-related disputes to maintain strong working relationships and program compliance
