Summary

Join Vonage's Applications Group Partner Marketing team as a Channel Marketing Manager and contribute to the marketing strategy for Channel, Alliances, ISVs, and SIs. You will leverage data analysis to develop actionable marketing strategies, collaborate with various teams, and create engaging event experiences. This role involves owning and executing regional channel events, campaigns, and exclusive Vonage events. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience in end-to-end marketing plans, understands the channel ecosystem, and is passionate about business communications. This position plays a key role in defining the long-term direction of indirect routes to market, working alongside product, alliances, sales, and corporate marketing teams. The role reports to the Global Director, Partner Marketing and is ideally based in the US, working East Coast hours.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, alliances marketing, global events, corporate marketing or similar job function
  • 3+ years of channel marketing experience
  • Relevant degree such as a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good analysis skills and the ability to draw conclusions from data
  • Proven organizational skills and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Professional and mature approach with the ability to comfortably interact with all levels
  • Fluent in English - spoken and written

Responsibilities

  • Create campaigns Channel Managers to communicate with Partners
  • Approve regional events that will gather audiences, build pipeline and close business
  • Lead the marketing effort with 3 TSDs
  • Identify market opportunities through research that will develop our mission and extend our reach
  • Build case studies on our identified best customers and share internally and with our partners
  • Regional budget management for events
  • Create engaging presentations and/or video content for use by the sales teams and use at tradeshows
  • Develop relationships TSD marketing teams and partner marketing teams
  • Develop executable joint marketing plans with our TSDs
  • Be the lead on campaign execution for all in-country events
  • Work closely with our global events team to execute 100+ events with the channel marketing team
  • Execute a cohesive partner marketing plan that engages our partners, deepens the relationship and keeps Vonage top-of-mind
  • Collaborate with the product team, product marketing to stay abreast of all new product releases
  • The ability to create messaging for tradeshows centered around products, new releases, vertical markets and company positioning
  • Become the P2P Champion for the Channel and Alliances Marketing Team
  • Create campaigns to keep our partners informed about new developments and product releases
  • Work closely with events, alliances marketing, product marketing and product
  • Stay informed on our competitor’s product releases and find ways to highlight Vonage advantages
  • Create social campaigns that engage our audience and direct traffic to our events
  • Create an ongoing follow-on program for after each large event

Preferred Qualifications

  • Contact Center and Salesforce ecosystem experience
  • Monday.com experience
