Summary

Join Vericast as a Senior Client Strategist supporting Financial Services, providing consultative and analytical services to help financial institutions achieve growth objectives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Previous high level role in banking required (SVP, CMO or CLO preferred)
  • 7-10 years in FI Business Acumen- Both sides of Balance Sheet understanding how product drives the business- from a management perspective
  • Understand Financial Statements and can interpret these into actionable strategies
  • An analytic mindset with the ability to develop metrics, create reports, interpret results, and make appropriate recommendations; data driven with a focus on business results for projects undertaken
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data insights and translate these into compelling story telling beyond just the facts
  • Demonstrated understanding of compliance and risk requirements of the financial services industry
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills coupled with the ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, presentation, and writing skills; ability to deliver clear, direct, and effective communication (written & orally) for public consumption
  • Diplomatic communicator skilled in saying β€œno” when appropriate; able to negotiate internally as well as with clients to ensure solutions can both address client needs and Vericast capabilities
  • Demonstrated proficiency running effective meetings, facilitating large scale executive workshops and getting buy-in and participation from executive leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Advanced computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Tableau)
  • Independent self-starter with proven ability to both identify and solve client or internal challenges
  • Entrepreneurial/flexible mindset unafraid to disrupt status quo while maintaining relationships
  • Strong servant leadership mentality with the proven ability to identify and meet the needs of clients and customers at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities that create value propositions
  • Desire to learn more of the trends shaping consumer behavior today and, in the future
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Open to travel as necessary

Responsibilities

  • Client Strategy: Consults with clients and internal teams to identify objectives and strategies that help our financial services clients solve business needs
  • Finds solutions for client problems
  • Conducts market research
  • Performs analysis of competitors to identify opportunities for internal and client strategies
  • Stays updated with technologies and consumer behaviors
  • Ensures all internal teams understand client challenges
  • Client Presentations: Key member of selling team engaged in client presentations at all levels
  • Creates and presents the client strategy and market brief
  • Crafts and tells the data story o Presents the pre-Sales dashboard and current campaign results in client meetings
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serves as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams on media strategies across Vericast solutions that will drive client outcomes
  • Recommends solution enhancements to Product teams
  • Recommends post-program measurement and reporting plan for client
  • Understands clients’ businesses and pro-actively identifies opportunities to deliver on business goals

  • Base Salary Range: $170,000 - $200,000
  • Position is eligible for a sales incentive/commission program
