Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with clinical experience
• Proven experience in bioinformatics and data analytics
• Strong understanding of disease processes and clinical workflows
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex clinical information to non-clinical team members and customers
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data science and product teams to develop and enhance clinical products and analytics
• Provide clinical insights to guide the development of new features and improvements to existing products
• Partner with the Client Solutions team to bring clinical expertise to prospective and existing customer conversations
• Define proof of concepts and analytics projects that demonstrate our data advantages and opportunities to incorporate Particle data into critical clinical workflows
• Assist in showcasing our solutions to help secure new deals and partnerships
• Serve as an internal expert on disease processes and clinical workflows
• Inform product development and customer-focused activities with deep clinical knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare data company or a related field
• Knowledge of value-based care arrangements
• Experience in product development or customer-facing roles
