Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting, with experience sourcing highly sought-after talent in the healthcare/clinical space
- Hands on experience with recruiting software and compliance
- A strong sourcing background and success navigated a variety of roles, including those that are uniquely challenging due to their specificity
- The ability to build trusting relationships based on deep empathy for both candidates and teams you partner with
- Comfort working with a distributed team
- Passion for delivering care in rural America
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment life cycle for high volume healthcare roles in rural America (MAs, RNs, APPs, MD/DOs, Clinical Operations Roles)
- Roll up your sleeves to get creative on sourcing, assessing, and closing talented individuals who have a passion for our mission
- Partner with our recruiting team, hiring managers and executive leadership to find incredible clinical staff in conjunction with our growth plans
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals across the US
- Design and implement recruiting programs that scale our recruiting efforts, such as referral drives, interview training, and talent branding
- Build a recruiting process that supports candidates from diverse backgrounds at all stages of the funnel
- Help us create a leading talent organization that provides exceptional candidate experience
- Effectively communicate Homeward's mission and culture, helping candidates understand their potential for impact on our team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on a small fast-paced team
- Experience hiring clinical staff in rural areas
- Greenhouse knowledge
