Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter with 2+ years of experience hiring telehealth clinical talent
- Experience building, managing, and measuring outbound sourcing campaigns at scale for clinical talent
- Experience developing job posting strategies tailored for clinical talent across multiple platforms
- Experience leveraging an ATS to maximize recruiting process efficiencies
- Proven success in collaborating with clinical and operations stakeholders to establish strong cross-functional partnerships
- Experience leveraging pipeline data and reporting to drive recruiting priorities and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Manage the full candidate lifecycleβfrom sourcing talent to negotiating offers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical teams, understanding their unique needs and translating them into effective recruitment strategies
- Leverage data-driven insights and optimize our ATS to continuously refine our hiring processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) and Psychiatrists
- Effective and empathetic communicator with detailed attention to candidate experience
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing candidate volume
- Experience navigating fast-paced asynchronous communication
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment
