Requirements
- Demonstrate superior English written and verbal communication skills
- Have experience working with web-based accounting programs such as: Quickbooks Online, Xero etc
- Have minimum 3 years experience working in a full-time accounting or bookkeeping role
- Have worked in a paperless environment with strong process flow
- Possess proven problem-solving skills
- Possess proven on-point communication and client service skills
- Have strong business acumen and has the desire to grow within a fast-growing game changing firm
- Have access to high-speed, reliable and consistent internet connection
- Adhere to firm privacy policies at all times
- Have a minimum 4-year bachelor degree in Accounting and Business Administration
Responsibilities
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping engagements using cloud-based accounting program
- Handle ad-hoc projects such as general ledger typing, financial statement preparation, and financial analysis commentary
