Requirements
- Minimum 4-year bachelor degree in Accounting and Business Administration
- Must have experience working with web-based accounting programs such as: Quickbooks Online, Xero etc
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a full-time accounting or bookkeeping role
- Must have superior English written and verbal communication skills
- Must have worked in a paperless environment with strong process flow
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Proven on-point communication and client service skills
- Must have strong business acumen and has the desire to grow within a fast-growing game changing firm
- Must have access to high-speed, reliable and consistent internet connection
- Must adhere to firm privacy policies at all times
Responsibilities
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping engagements using cloud-based accounting program
- Perform ad-hoc projects such as general ledger typing, financial statement preparation, and financial analysis commentary
