Senior Cloud CRM Consultant

Summary

Join Veeva Systems, a leading life sciences industry cloud company, as a Senior Cloud CRM Consultant. This remote, full-time role based in Europe involves providing application consulting services for the Veeva Commercial Cloud product suite, primarily Veeva Vault CRM. You will work with customers, configuring the system, activating new features, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of software solution implementation experience, strong CRM expertise, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions (e.g., CRM)
• Experience working in a customer-facing and/or consulting role and managing customer expectations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong desire to continuously learn and develop
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive customers towards Veeva and industry best practices
• Understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements
• Perform system configuration changes and data migrations
• Activate new product features and ensure seamless integration
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions
• Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions
• Create analytical reports to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical CRM experience, ideally Salesforce
• Master Data Management
• Experience working in the Life-Sciences industry
