Summary

Join Jacuzzi Bath Remodel as the Senior Communications and Training Manager and play a pivotal role in elevating dealer communications, improving campaign efficiency, and enhancing lead conversion rates. You will manage all communications to the National Dealer Network, lead dealer training initiatives, and organize success calls with dealers. This role requires overseeing dealer territory management, providing data analysis, and supervising call center performance. You will transform data into actionable recommendations, ensure timely project completion, and serve as a trusted advisor to the dealer network. The position requires strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, along with experience in home improvement marketing and training.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience are required
  • 5+ years in home improvement marketing training and leadership roles
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Exhibits a strong sense of urgency and is driven, with a keen eye for detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a knack for fostering collaborative relationships
  • Outstanding skills in verbal presentations, group dynamics, and facilitation
  • Takes initiative in tackling challenges and finding solutions
  • Advance in MS Office
  • Knowledge of CRM, Call Center and 800# Provider systems
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

Responsibilities

  • Manage all communications directed to the National Dealer Network
  • Lead dealer training initiatives aimed at converting leads into sales
  • Organize and facilitate monthly/quarterly success calls with each dealer in the network
  • Implement and supervise the collection of results through the integration of various CRMs
  • Enhance lead conversion based on ROI metrics for our dealer network
  • Oversee the overall management of dealer territories and provide data on open markets
  • Offer monthly forecasts based on dealer territory analysis
  • Supervise the performance of dealer and vendor Call Centers
  • Oversee all call auditing processes to assess campaigns and dealer performance
  • Transform data into clear and actionable recommendations
  • Ensure the coordination and timely completion of projects, staying within budget and scope
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our dealer network, recognized as the go-to resource for fast, reliable communication - building strong relationships and ensuring swift, clear communication that drives alignment and trust
  • Serve as primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring rapid streamlined communication across externa and internal departments

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is preferred
