Requirements

  • Have experience in a senior communications position, with a strong background in transformation communications
  • Demonstrate experience in managing communications campaigns using a variety of channels, working both proactively and reactively
  • Have familiarity with digital technology, and software used for editing, including MS Office and other application
  • Possess creative thinking with high level attention to detail with the ability to assess and improve communication effectiveness
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders across various levels

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills to support the communications discipline across the Datacom Group
  • Work closely with executives and teams to deliver consistent and engaging communications through appropriate channels
  • Create compelling and engaging content, including success stories, emails, newsletters, presentations, videos, and other materials, to communicate changes, milestones, and progress updates
  • Continuously monitor the effectiveness of communication efforts and gather feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
  • Broaden the awareness of the communications programmes and priorities; and increase the visibility of its programmes across key stakeholder audiences
