Summary

Join Experian's Compliance team as a remote role aligned to our London or Nottingham office, providing practical compliance advice to the Experian Consumer Services division.

Requirements

  • Experience working with stakeholders in the First Line of Defence to implement regulatory risk management practices by providing subject matter expertise and advice on regulatory matters
  • Challenge regulatory risks raised by the First Line teams whilst helping ensure senior management have an accurate view on the level of regulatory risks in their areas
  • An underpinning of the regulatory requirements under CONC, Payment Services, Open Banking and GDPR

Responsibilities

  • Provide compliance advice on projects, acquisitions, product development and bids and tenders
  • Work with Advisory Team members and First Line operational Risk Managers to identify areas of high regulatory and conduct risk
  • Support First Line teams to assess the impact of regulatory changes and the development of necessary controls through the implementation of a pro-active engagement model
  • Utilise regulatory risk assessment tools to assess the impact and likelihood of risks related to new product developments
