Senior Consultant

Summary

Join our team as a Senior BMC Remedy ITSM Consultant and focus on BMC development, configuration, and integration within complex projects. Provide expert services for BMC Remedy ITSM and related products, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Conduct workshops, troubleshoot issues, and stay updated on industry trends. This role requires at least 5 years of experience with BMC Remedy ITSM and related products, proficiency in Spoon, PowerShell, and Data Manager, and experience with cloud technologies and REST APIs. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with BMC Remedy ITSM and related products
• Proficiency in using Spoon, PowerShell, and Data Manager for data migration
• Experience with Cloud technologies
• Strong experience with REST API, web services, and script-based solutions for integration projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and BMC product updates

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile and Azure DevOps is considered a plus
• Any other language is considered a plus
