Summary

The job involves serving as an analyst in a rapidly growing Risk Advisory practice, working on a variety of projects related to financial, technology, strategic and operational, and enterprise-wide risks. The role requires 3+ years of prior experience in professional services, excellent communication skills, and a bachelor's degree. The employee will travel up to 20% - 30%, and work remotely for 2 days a week. The annual salary range is $71,000 - $145,000.

Requirements

• 3+ years of prior experience in professional services (public accounting, advisory firm, or management consulting firm)
• A working knowledge of risks and internal controls
• Excellent written and verbal communications and analytical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as an analyst on a broad range of audit, risk assessment, control testing, and risk management projects
• Conduct fieldwork, test controls, prepare work papers, and ensure the creation of exceptional deliverables
• Perform preliminary analyses and assessments of assigned operating units, business areas, or controls
• Evaluate, design, and test internal controls, and develop tailored remediation strategies for identified risk and control gaps
• Assist Managing Consultants in driving operational excellence by actively participating in ongoing projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% - 30% (travel varies based on client preferences)
• Willingness to be present on client site or in office 3 days a week, with 2 days a week remote (hybrid office environment)
