Summary

Join Demandbase as a Senior Consultant, Professional Services and work closely with the Sales organization to support and scope needs for large initiatives. You will bridge sales expertise, professional services delivery experience, and product technical knowledge to ensure customers understand and realize the value of Demandbase’s offerings. Partner with the Sales team to represent Professional Services on prospect calls, answer technical questions, and showcase the value of services. This dynamic, hybrid role combines sales enablement, business and technical acumen, and relationship building to drive revenue. Requirements

  • Sales Support Expertise - experience in sales support, solution consulting or professional services customer facing roles within SaaS product companies
  • Technical Proficiency - Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, integrations and implementation processes
  • Communication Skills - exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and non technical audiences
  • SOW Development - Proven ability to draft, revise and finalize Statements of Work that accurately capture project scope and deliverables
  • Collaboration - Team oriented with the ability to work cross organizationally with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and Product teams
  • Problem Solving - Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with a customer focused approach
  • Self starter with ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and build process and templates to support selling Professional Services

Responsibilities

  • Support the Professional Services and Sales organizations to scope needs for prospective customers and existing accounts for strategic new initiatives and detail tailored solutions to achieve the client’s desired objectives
  • Develop playbooks to package and sell Professional Services offerings for new products and services
  • Work with Marketing to create new marketing campaigns to identify leads for existing customer expansion and create awareness around new services offerings
  • Join Sales calls with customers to represent Professional Services and highlight the value of professional services and address implementation questions
  • Draft SOWs tailored to customer needs and project requirements
  • Identify expansion opportunities for additional Professional Services in existing accounts
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Professional Services team to ensure alignment and seamless transition between Sales and Post Sales for new customers
  • Leverage technical expertise to address customer concerns and align solutions with their goals
  • Continuously refine processes and materials to support expanding Professional Services revenue

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering or similar technical capacity
