Summary

Join Mitratech, a team of technocrats building world-class products for Fortune 100 companies. As a Senior Services Consultant, you will lead client implementation projects for Mitratech’s CLC suite. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, software configuration, training, and go-live support. You will work with clients, risk experts, and executives, gathering requirements and providing functional and best-practice knowledge on GRC topics. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, project management skills, and experience in business solution implementation. Responsibilities

• Be a sparring partner for our clients using our product portfolio
• Work together with Risk Experts and Executives in leading companies
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with our clients
• Execute on project deliverables such as: Power user and end user training sessions on Mitratech’s product suite
• Providing functional and best practice knowledge on GRC topics
• Configure business intelligence reports using our BI tool (SQL knowledge preferable)
• Participate in UAT
• Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team fostering teamwork and communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or skills in business intelligence and analytics reporting/SQL
• Solid GRC knowledge and/ or 2+ years experience in a consultancy
