Summary

The job is for a Data Analyst role based in Atlanta (remote work eligible within the US). The candidate will work with business stakeholders to determine data needs, develop data retention strategies, and create reporting and visualization tools using Power BI and Report Builder. A Master's Degree in Data Science or related field with 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience is required.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a closely related quantitative field like Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics plus. 2 years of experience in the job offered or any related occupation
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a closely related quantitative field like Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics plus. 5 years of experience in the job offered or any related occupation
• At least one year of experience in developing reporting and visualization tools
• At least one year of experience with data validation and testing
• At least one year of experience with data validation support
• At least one year of experience with SQL
• At least one year of experience with Python
• At least one year of experience with SQL Server

Responsibilities

• Work with Business Stakeholders to determine business data needs and acceptance criteria
• Advise clients on data needs and trade-offs
• Develop and implement data retention and archival strategies
• Analyze data to develop data models and build data reporting and visualization tools
