Summary

Join Blink, a leading user experience firm, as a Content Strategist and contribute to the success of our largest client partners. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Psychology or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an agency or corporate environment, with formal copy training and a strong portfolio
  • Experience collaborating with internal cross-functional partners to write, edit, develop or plan online and retail content
  • Background in copywriting, either at an agency or in-house
  • Impeccable language skills
  • Background in working through ambiguity and executing complex projects
  • Ability to balance design quality with business and customer needs
  • Ability to scale across large, ambiguous spaces with minimal direction
  • You move fast and make good decisions quickly, using standards and guidelines
  • Work well with others, making customer-focused, research-driven design decisions while taking into account business needs

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with UX, Product, and Marketing cross-functional team members to ensure seamless user experiences that reflect brand, values, tone, and the customer
  • Be a champion for the customer and work to find the happy medium between business goals and customer needs
  • Guide the development and optimization of content to achieve specific goals and address customer needs
  • Identify and champion the most efficient content workflows possible
  • Organize existing content, create guidelines for future content, and ensure that all content aligns across channels
  • Audit content to identify strengths and weaknesses in order to optimize content strategy and performance

  • Tech experience
  • Business/enterprise/telecom experience

Benefits

$60 - $80 an hour
