Requirements
- Have 8+ years experience in a content creation role, with a track record of creating engaging and high-performing content
- Proven success in developing content experiences that drive impact, with experience using content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools to manage and track content performance
- You care about big ideas and small details because thatβs what it takes to create high-quality work
- Enjoy learning from and working alongside other creatives
- Skilled at explaining your work. You are proactive, clear, and thoughtful in your communication with team members and stakeholders
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling
- Deep understanding of content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing principles
- Think strategically and translate strategic goals into actionable plans
- A team player who can prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Work alongside fellow campaign leaders to elevate the quality of our content and drive engagement, traffic, and conversions across demand-gen channels
- Strategize and create ebooks, reports, thought leadership, videos, demos, customer stories, and other bespoke storytelling formats
- Deliver a bill of materials against a campaign, and participate in webinar strategy
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to design content for feature launches, such as websites, blog posts, digital promotions, etc
- Generate ideas for new content initiatives and campaigns that align with current trends and audience interests
- Conduct content audits and performance analysis to optimize content ROI
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our content strategy across all channels and formats
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience
Benefits
- Our total compensation package also includes the opportunity to receive benefits, restricted stock units, and may include incentive compensation
- For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is: $153,000 β $199,300 USD
- For all other work locations (including remote), the base salary range for this role is: $137,700 β $179,400 USD
