Summary

Join M3 USA as a Senior Content Marketing Specialist and contribute to the marketing efforts of M3MI and MAC, leveraging your expertise in translating complex data into compelling marketing assets. You will be responsible for developing targeted marketing campaigns, creating sales enablement materials, managing content and social media marketing, executing email campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, 3+ years of experience in B2B content or product marketing, and proven ability to write content for technical services. Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms and a strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing are essential. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related field of study
  • 3+ years professional work experience, preferably involved in primary market research or advertising/media data either as a user or provider of such data
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B content or product marketing
  • Proven ability to write and develop content for technical, data-driven services
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar email/CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and B2B social media strategies
  • Comfortable translating data insights into client-facing marketing stories
  • Excellent project management skills β€” organized, self-managing, and deadline-driven

Responsibilities

  • Develop targeted, offer-specific marketing campaigns for new and existing services
  • Create and refresh product one-pagers, brochures, and other supporting collateral
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand offerings and craft compelling positioning
  • Update and develop capabilities decks, sales presentations, and proposal templates
  • Create tools and materials that help client-facing teams communicate value propositions effectively
  • Write LinkedIn posts, short-form blog content, and web copy highlighting M3MI studies and ad intelligence insights
  • Assist with thought leadership articles for M3’s owned channels and industry publications
  • Support the creation of presentation content for speaking engagements and industry events
  • Build and execute B2B email campaigns using HubSpot
  • Segment and target key audiences with relevant offers and messages to drive lead generation
  • Maintain campaign data and report on performance
  • Work closely with the central design team, data analysts, and other marketing teams across M3
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging and alignment with broader corporate initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, market research, or advertising a plus, but not required
  • Collaborative and adaptable β€” excited to work across teams in a matrixed environment
