Requirements

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies that drive engagement and business results
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO best practices, and analytics tools to measure content performance
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • A proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • This role typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience in content strategy and operations

Responsibilities

  • Execute product team’s vision for a robust content strategy that aligns with our digital health products aimed at payers and employers, ensuring it supports overall business objectives
  • Design a robust content strategy that executes the product team's vision, ensuring support for overall business objectives and aligning to our digital health products aimed at payers and employers
  • Lead the content creation process by collaborating with product, creative, and data teams to produce high-quality, engaging content across various formats (audio, video, articles, infographics, etc.)
  • In conjunction with Product, Analyze audience insights and data to inform content development and optimize engagement strategies, ensuring content is tailored to meet the needs of our diverse stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain content governance and best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all content initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and user feedback to continuously refine and improve content strategy in consultation with the product
  • Mentor and guide content team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align content efforts with broader business initiatives and drive measurable results
  • Develop and manage content calendars and overseeing workflows, and project timelines to ensure timely delivery of content assets
  • Collaborate with DTC teams to ensure that any relevant content initiatives are launched on enterprise solutions
  • Measure and report to the product team on the effectiveness of content initiatives, using insights to inform future strategies and optimize performance
  • Lead clinical operations in partnership with the chief clinical officer, ensuring that all elements of clinical protocols are put into effective operation. Lead quarterly update committee updates meetings, ensuring all prep and follow up action items are completed
  • Oversee enterprise content budget and manage all vendor relationships
  • Support company annual OKR and performance metrics tied to production of clinical and content are achieved each year

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the payer and employer healthcare landscape is highly desirable
