Summary

Join Cloud Chamber as a Senior Producer and collaborate with engineering and content development teams to optimize workflows, maintain schedules, and resolve technical pipeline issues. Partner with engineering teams to plan technology features and pipelines, coordinate with co-development partners, and manage engine/editor roadmaps. Responsibilities include managing tasks and bugs, analyzing telemetry, and ensuring compliance across platforms. The ideal candidate possesses meticulous project management, communication, and collaboration skills with prior AAA game development experience and technical knowledge of modern gaming systems. Requirements

  • Previous experience in AAA game development with one title shipped in a technical role
  • Familiar to fluent in JIRA, Excel, Confluence, Google Suite, Perforce or other source control software
  • Familiarity with submission and finalising processes for multi-platform titles
  • Ability to drive engineering teams to deliver AAA quality features and supporting tools
  • Familiarity with next gen game development
  • Patient, supportive, and calm under pressure or working with deadlines
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Associate Technical Director, Engine Architect, Engineering Leads and Engineers to plan technology features and pipelines during all cycles of project development
  • Coordinate with co-development engineering partners to schedule efforts in parallel with Cloud Chamber Engineers
  • Manage the engine/editor, build systems and rendering roadmap for milestones, planning sprints, and deliverables for your teams
  • Coordinate day-to-day management of tasks and bugs to ensure clear priorities are being focused on, risks are being mitigated, and blockers are removed
  • Partner with build and systems engineers to analyze telemetry, development support issues, define and clear blockers for the game team
  • Manage dependencies between the engine/editor engineering team, gameplay, and content teams
  • Partner with QA and engineering teams to ensure compliance on all platforms
  • Partner with engineers to continuously troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise during the course of day to day development, play tests, and special set-ups
  • Ability to work onsite to support the team and their hardware needs on occasion, if necessary
