Summary

Relativity is hiring a Senior CPQ Administrator to join their Business Systems and Applications team. The Senior CPQ Administrator will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and championing Salesforce CPQ and other financial systems applications at Relativity. They will collaborate with teams to determine business needs and requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and maintain application data connections. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in full cycle Salesforce CPQ design and development, and 2+ years of billing, revenue, and accounting applications experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience on full cycle Salesforce CPQ design and development
• 3+ years experience on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud development

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and champion Salesforce CPQ and other financial systems applications across Relativity
• Collaborates on key projects to determine business alignment, needs, and system requirements
• Participates in design workshops, research, decision-making, and testing
• Manages application data connections, including but not limited to Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Intacct, and Ironclad

Salesforce certified CPQ Advanced Specialist
