Summary

Join LINQ's newly-formed Business Systems team and collaborate cross-functionally with partners to deliver innovative solutions within the Salesforce platform. As a highly visible role, you will work with stakeholders and users to define requirements, refine requirements, and design sustainable solutions. You will also provide day-to-day administrative support, perform triage for inbound support cases, assist business users in relation to their reporting and data needs, proactively identify and implement under-utilized functionality, and support installation and configuration of managed packages.

Requirements

  • 5 years of administrator experience working with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
  • Expert-level proficiency in all areas of declarative development within Salesforce
  • Prior experience with and strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ+
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM-301)
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders and users to define requirements in order to support building new system enhancements
  • Work collaboratively with the existing team to refine requirements and design sustainable and scalable solutions which meet business needs
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support such as user setup & management, maintenance of assignment rules, escalation rules, notifications, data updates, and queue management
  • Perform triage for inbound support cases and assist users toward resolution of issues or escalate bug tickets for review and resolution
  • Assist business users in relation to their reporting and data needs
  • Proactively identify and implement under-utilized functionality and required system maintenance updates
  • Support installation and configuration of both new and existing managed packages and their native integrations
