Remote Senior Credentialing Associate

Summary

Join Rula's team as we strive to change the mental healthcare landscape by expanding our network of providers. As a Senior Credentialing Associate, you will play an integral part in this effort, utilizing your credentialing experience and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience credentialing with a Credentials Verification Organization (CVO) or delegated practice
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience and working knowledge of National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) / Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) delegated healthcare credentialing required provider monitoring
• Experience with Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, or other systems to create reports to track pertinent required credentialing needs such as re-credentialing, expirable reporting, monitoring and application status
• Experience credentialing and/or enrolling providers for Medicare/Medicaid

Responsibilities

• Increase the number of providers we can bring into our network
• Be a go-to resource for credentialing and work with other Rula team members across multiple departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience credentialing of healthcare providers (primarily behavioral health) across multiple states
• Experience working with contracted agents (especially offshore and or nearshore teams)
