Senior CRM Associate

Summary

The job is for a CRM team member at ShopBack, responsible for managing customer relationships, developing and executing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and collaborating with other teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant experience, 2+ years of CRM experience, proficiency in HTML coding, and experience working across APAC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant experience
• Minimum of 2+ years relevant experience in CRM, with a focus on app push & email marketing
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful CRM strategies and tactics
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Oracle Responsys, Braze, Hubspot)
• Experience working across APAC
• Proficiency in HTML coding

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics weekly
• Optimize through targeting, messaging, and creative best practices to increase customer acquisition and retention
• Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute daily CRM communications
• Develop and implement CRM strategies, with a focus on utilizing HTML for dynamic personalization and content
• Uncover opportunities and gaps to optimize and build programmatic campaigns (promotional and transactional campaigns)
• Collaborate with other relevant teams (product, data, engineering) to operationalize CRM integration with other business systems
• Analyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities for segmentation, personalization, and conversions
• Play a key role in monitoring and enhancing process and system efficiency and operating at scale

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with SQL, CSS, Photoshop, and other programming languages is a plus
• End-to-end understanding of programmatic campaigns (e.g. data infrastructure, targeting logic, campaign creation) is a plus
• Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on data insights
