Senior Curriculum Developer

Summary

Join dbt Labs, a pioneer in analytics engineering, and help empower data practitioners through delightful learning experiences. Design and build impactful learning assets, collaborating with subject matter experts. Orchestrate learning experience development using Asana, delivering on-demand courses and instructor-led training. Monitor course feedback and iterate on content to ensure excellence. This remote Ireland-based role requires 4+ years of experience in project management and instructional design or curriculum development, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Thought Industries LMS is needed. Additional experience in analytics content development and collaboration with customer success teams is preferred.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in both project management and either instructional design or curriculum development
• You are an exceptional communicator who enjoys making complex, technical ideas feel simple and manageable
• Thrive in a cross-functional environment
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced work environment
• Experience creating content in an LMS, particularly Thought Industries

Responsibilities

• Design delightful, accessible learning experiences that empower data practitioners
• Build impactful learning assets with subject matter experts from professional services, solutions architects, and technical instructors
• Orchestrate the development of learning experiences leveraging Asana, our project management tool
• Deliver experiences in the form of on demand courses in our LMS and instructor led training with customers and developers
• Ensure excellence by closely monitoring course feedback, observing live courses and iterating on learning content over time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing content for analytics, technical and/or code based products
• Experience collaborating with customer success teams supporting managed accounts
• Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
