Senior Curriculum Developer

Summary

Join dbt Labs, a leading analytics engineering platform, and design accessible learning experiences that empower data practitioners. You will build impactful learning assets, orchestrate development using Asana, and deliver on-demand courses and instructor-led training. Monitor course feedback, observe live courses, and iterate on content to ensure excellence. This role requires 4+ years of experience in project management and instructional design or curriculum development, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in both project management and either instructional design or curriculum development
• You are an exceptional communicator who enjoys making complex, technical ideas feel simple and manageable
• Thrive in a cross-functional environment
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced work environment
• Experience creating content in an LMS, particularly Thought Industries

Responsibilities

• Design delightful, accessible learning experiences that empower data practitioners
• Build impactful learning assets with subject matter experts from professional services, solutions architects, and technical instructors
• Orchestrate the development of learning experiences leveraging Asana, our project management tool
• Deliver experiences in the form of on demand courses in our LMS and instructor led training with customers and developers
• Ensure excellence by closely monitoring course feedback, observing live courses and iterating on learning content over time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing content for analytics, technical and/or code based products
• Experience collaborating with customer success teams supporting managed accounts
• Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
