Responsibilities

- Answering customer questions via e-mail, phone and helpdesk application
- Communicating requests which comes through customers to the relevant departments
- Providing the first point of contact for all client inquiries, support requests, and issue resolution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the digital and marketing tech environment is preferable
- Willingness to works shift pattern essential and occasionally work weekends
