Summary

Join GoDaddy as a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager and play a key role in crafting customer journeys and experiments within email and messaging channels. You will identify opportunities to drive activation and upsell during customer onboarding, share results with business partners, and achieve key performance metrics. Collaborate with various partners on new experimental ideas and support outbound communications. Work closely with creative and operations teams to ensure successful campaign delivery. This remote position reports to the Director of Email Marketing and offers opportunities for professional growth and impact.

Requirements

  • At least 8+ years of professional experience. Primarily in Customer/Lifecycle marketing
  • Strong experience with email channel and, preferably, also familiar with messaging channels such as SMS, WhatsApp and Bell notifications
  • Track record of working with very large customer bases and familiar with robust marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proven ability to drive multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of A/B testing process and experience with data-driven experimentation
  • Experience with analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to glean customer insights and make business decisions
  • Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage partners at all levels
  • Ability to translate marketing strategy into creative and technical requirements
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau and QuickSight), project management tools (JIRA and Workfront) and MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Be a champion of our outbound channels primarily in email but also in messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, Bell) promoting channel best practices
  • Ideate on experiments to ensure new and existing customers have an effective onboarding experience with GoDaddyโ€™s products
  • Drive attach/upsell opportunities to generate incremental revenue and 2+ customers
  • Join forces with stakeholders across the company to drive valuable and impactful experimentation strategies
  • Provide clear requirements to creative and operations teams to make sure our campaigns are deployed successfully
  • Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify opportunities for channel improvements
  • Effectively communicate experiment ideas, results and roadmaps to leadership and key internal stakeholders
  • Proactively drive projects to meet deadlines, prioritize, and bring up issues as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations , or related field
