Senior Customer Ops Engineer

Summary

Join Second Front Systems as a Customer Facing Security Customer Ops Engineer to lead technical efforts in bringing customers onboard to their DevSecOps platform. This role requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements. The position involves architecting cloud-based infrastructure, expertise with containerization and Kubernetes, experience with CI/CD pipelines, strong communication skills, and adherence to DevSecOps principles.

Requirements

• Expertise with at least one of the following cloud providers: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Deep expertise and experience with containerization
• In-depth experience with Kubernetes and AWS EKS
• Experience deploying and managing applications with Helm
• Proficient in image and container hardening
• Familiarity with CVE’s
• Ability to develop, optimize, and debug code
• Strong coding skills with exposure to one or more of the following: Go, Python, Bash
• Ability to implement, modify, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to understand technical concepts
• Expertise with DevSecOps principles: security automation, continuous security, and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with Gitlab
• Familiarity with Google Workspaces
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Certified AWS Solutions Architect
• Experience as a Software Engineer or DevSecOps Engineer
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• DoD 8570 compliance

Responsibilities

• Spearhead technical efforts to bring customers onboard to the DevSecOps platform (Game Warden)
• Architect-level experience designing, implementing, and operating cloud-based infrastructure
