Senior Data Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a Data Analyst and leverage your extensive experience in data analytics, data modeling, and business intelligence to make a significant impact. You will be responsible for interpreting data, translating findings into actionable insights, and optimizing data processes within our Property & Casualty insurance business lines. Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, data visualization tools, and data management is essential. Experience with Agency Management Systems (AMS) such as Vertafore AMS360 or Applied EPIC is a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern data stack tools and cloud platforms such as Azure.

Requirements

• Possess 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data modelling, or business intelligence roles
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance business lines
• Be proficient in Snowflake – including SQL, schema design, and performance optimization
• Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
• Show proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with Python or other scripting languages
• Have experience with data management, data warehousing, and ETL processes
• Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience working with data from Agency Management Systems such as Vertafore AMS360 or Applied EPIC
• Show exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure and modern data stack tools
