Requirements

  • US applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington

Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth data analysis to extract valuable insights, and identify trends, patterns, and outliers. Present findings
  • Utilize statistical and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from data
  • Collaborate with various business teams to understand their data needs and provide guidance on leveraging data for decision-making
  • Utilize advanced SQL & Python expertise to analyze data in the Data Warehouse
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through data cleaning and validation processes
  • Translate complex data insights into clear, concise, and actionable reports, dashboards, and visualizations
  • Craft narratives that convey the significance of data-driven findings. Present these findings to senior leaders in an easy to consume manner
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with up-to-date information
  • Collaborate with business partners to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for tracking
  • Keep a pulse on performance metrics and KPIs and have a view of the business, product, and customer base to understand and explain trends
  • Leverage advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning and artificial intelligence, to develop predictive, prescriptive, and classification models with experience in ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  • Implement AI/ML solutions to automate and enhance decision-making processes
  • Apply analytical methods and machine learning algorithms such as regressions, clustering, classification, optimization, dimensionality reduction and other advanced analytics techniques
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., product, marketing, finance, sales) and bring data supported point-of-view and thought leadership into conversations
  • Drive decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal data security policies
  • Implement measures to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access
  • Stay updated on the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and training

Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $115,000 - $157,300 USD
  • Reimbursement for professional development
