Summary

Join Robert Bosch, spol. s r.o. as a Data Analyst and contribute to the success of the Bosch Home Comfort Group. This role involves developing and implementing regular reporting, ensuring data availability for stakeholders, defining data maintenance concepts, conducting analyses on components and products, and creating ad-hoc analyses and reports using SQL. You will also support engineering teams in product development projects. The position offers flexible working arrangements and an open company culture. Requirements

  • University education (Bachelor's degree)
  • University education (Master's degree)
  • Postgraduate (Doctorate)
  • Specialisation, field: Statistics, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
  • English - Upper Intermediate (B2)
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis
  • Deep expert knowledge of data analysis (SQL), as well as in the structure and functionality of data models and further enhanced by expertise in ERP systems
  • Power BI- proficient
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Proactive, strong communication skills, team-oriented, ability to present complex issues in a comprehensible manner

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement permanent and regular reporting based on available data sources
  • Ensure data availability for the different internal and external stakeholder (procurement, supplier, third parties)
  • Define and establish data maintenance concept e.g. inactivating of discontinued suppliers, merging data accounts, creating new supplier accounts based on request
  • Conduct various analyses on components and products to ensure the material compliance and other key figures/metrics used for steering the topic
  • Assume responsibility for all reporting and analysis activities and align relevant matters with the involved stakeholder (procurement, engineering)
  • Create ad-hoc analyses or persistent reports using SQL scripts for specific purposes or operational needs
  • Support engineering teams in product development projects by analysing specific material compliance data and creation of status reports

Preferred Qualifications
