Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or a related role
• Experience working in a Product-led business
• Expertise in data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Looker) and proficiency in data modeling and visualization

Responsibilities

• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in website performance and user engagement
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to evaluate the effectiveness of website design, content, and features
• Develop and implement strategies to increase conversion rates and improve user journey efficiency
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate website performance metrics and insights to stakeholders
• Work closely with marketing, design, product and development teams to align website improvements with business goals
