Summary

RYZ Labs is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their client's Data and Analytics team in the hospitality industry. The Analyst will measure, track, analyze operations efficiency, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights. They must have 4+ years of experience in an analytics role, advanced SQL skills, proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization tools, and experience with experiment design and statistical test analysis.

Requirements

• Results-oriented individual with the ability to identify dependencies, and leverage multiple sources of information at once
• 4+ years of experience in an analytics role at a public or high-growth start-up
• Advanced skills in SQL with the ability to write complex and optimized queries
• Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Experience with experiment design and statistical test analysis

Responsibilities

• Measure, track, and analyze operations efficiency, identify trends, work with stakeholders to understand root causes, and translate learnings into actionable insights
• Build, own, and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards and present insights to business partners and executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Python and/or R is a big plus
• Previous experience in Contact Center analytics is preferred but not required
• Ability to prioritize and respond to analytics requests in a fast-paced environment
• Intellectually curious and excited to learn
