Remote Senior Data Analyst

Summary

Join RYZ Labs as a Senior Data Analyst in Argentina & Uruguay, working with the hospitality industry client's Data and Analytics team to define KPIs, analyze operations metrics, and provide actionable recommendations. This high-impact role involves cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and insights-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Results-oriented individual with the ability to identify dependencies, and leverage multiple sources of information at once
• 4+ years of experience in an analytics role at a public or high-growth start-up
• Advanced skills in SQL with the ability to write complex and optimized queries
• Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Experience with experiment design and statistical test analysis
• Experience in Python and/or R is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Measure, track, and analyze operations efficiency, identify trends, work with stakeholders to understand root causes, and translate learnings into actionable insights
• Build, own, and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards and present insights to business partners and executive leadership
• Formulate success metrics to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our client’s Global Guest Service systems and processes
• Provide strategic insights into inbound and outbound interactions
• Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to build datasets, conduct robust analyses, and translate data into actionable insights for Contact Center performance
• Work closely with other data partners (eg. Data PMs, BI, and Data Engineers, etc.) to scale our client’s data ecosystem and enable cross-functional projects
