Senior Data Analyst

Summary

Join Integrity Management Services, Inc. (IntegrityM) as a Sr. Data Analyst for a temporary, full-time position through September 30, 2025, with potential for permanent employment. You will provide ongoing support and maintenance for a new Microsoft PowerApps tool, troubleshoot issues, and create user documentation. This role involves interaction with Federal agency stakeholders and requires strong technical and communication skills. The position offers the opportunity to impact daily operations and contribute to the company's success. You will work closely with a Business Analyst and report to the Project Lead. Requirements

• Successfully complete a federal systems access background check
• Hold a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of work experience in a senior data analyst role, demonstrating proven expertise providing Tier 3 support for IT-based projects
• Possess strong communication skills to interface with other departments, client stakeholders, and leadership
• Have a BS/BA (Information Technology, Computer Science or similar is preferred)
• Have at least 5 years of work experience in a senior data analyst or comparable role
• Possess strong skills and experience in the following applications: Power Platform Suite (Power Automate 2404, 2405; Dataverse – GitHub)
• Have overall experience in SharePoint, Access, and the MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Possess expertise in data analysis and interpretation
• Have experience in data modeling and architecture design
• Possess expertise in data governance, security protocols, and best practices for large-scale migrations
• Have advanced database administration and development skills
• Be proficient in managing external database connections for complex and large-scale databases
• Possess strong ETL capabilities, proficiency in SQL, and extensive experience in data modeling and optimization
• Have advanced knowledge of DAX, M language, and Power Query, along with the ability to design complex, performant data models and create sophisticated reports and dashboards
• Be able to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and possess excellent communication skills for presenting to stakeholders
• Be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration and reporting issues

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Lead
• Work closely with and take task-level direction from the assigned Business Analyst
• Engage with client agency leaders and IT personnel as the primary project stakeholders
• Manage and maintain complex Microsoft 365 environments
• Install, configure, and maintain Power BI Report server and On-premise Gateway Admistration
• Manage security, data sources and report delivery
• Provide guidance on best practices for Microsoft 365 usage and security to end-users and stakeholders
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Microsoft 365 services with existing infrastructure
• Prepare and deliver reports on system performance, security status, and compliance to management
• Document and maintain department policies and procedures
• Follow established operating policies to mitigate risk
