Summary

LeafLink is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their growing data organization. The role involves developing a deep understanding of business drivers, communicating findings to non-technical audiences, promoting self-service analytics, and managing long-term projects. The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in an analyst or consultative role, be proficient in using BI tools and SQL, and have experience with data modeling and statistical modeling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an analyst or consultative role
• 1+ years of experience using a BI tool (Sigma, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Consultative approach to working with stakeholders and requirements gathering
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, ability to write complex queries against large datasets

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the business drivers and go deep into the ‘why’ when a key metric changes
• Clearly communicate findings to a variety of non-technical audiences
• Lead the charge in enabling data-driven decision-making by promoting self-service
• Manage long-term projects by scoping your own work and coordinating stakeholders
