Summary

Viator is a leading marketplace for travel experiences with 300,000+ offerings. The Fraud Systems / Analytics team is seeking an experienced data analyst to work on reporting, analyzing fraud issues, providing analytical support, and proactively seeking out opportunities hidden in their data. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in an analytical role, a Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field, and strong analytical skills. The team values proactivity, independence, top performance, attention to detail, and proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, and other data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Reporting on operational team metrics and performance
• Analyzing data to understand root causes of fraud issues
• Providing analytical support with immediate response to fraud incidents
• Being creative and efficient in modelling approach using rich and large datasets
• Assisting with ad hoc queries and providing analytical support to the business
• Proactively seeking out opportunities hidden in their or industry data
