Summary

Join Lyft's Data Curation Operations team and contribute to improving customer experience by developing and implementing high-quality data curation processes. You will work closely with engineering and product teams, establishing standards and policies, overseeing project documentation, and continuously enhancing team efficiency. This role requires experience in training program development, policy creation, and process improvement within operational teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage project launches, and develop comprehensive training programs. Lyft offers a fully remote position in Ukraine with various benefits, including paid parental leave and a professional working environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in developing and executing training programs for operational teams (data curation, customer service, or similar)
  • 1+ years of experience in developing and maintaining policies, processes, and project documentation
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in modern learning methodologies (e.g., microlearning, blended learning, interactive and virtual training methods). Ability to adapt content for various employee levels, from specialists to managers, and for multicultural teams with different learning approaches and paces
  • Experience in policy research and analysis, defining policies and operational workflows that meet project expectations
  • Ability to monitor, measure, and continuously improve policies while quickly adapting to changes
  • Passion for delivering great customer experiences with a strong track record. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Self-directed and organized, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to prioritize multiple competing workflows. Takes initiative and knows when to ask for support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level) and Ukrainian. Ability to adapt communication style for different stakeholders and proactively share updates
  • Comfortable learning and using new processes, systems, and tools, including data labeling tools and Google Workspace products

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement standards and policies for curation initiatives to ensure consistency and quality
  • Oversee and participate in the development of project documentation, including policies, processes, and best practices
  • Continuously improve and enhance processes and team efficiency within the curation function
  • Develop and implement effective policy research and analysis strategies by conducting regular analysis, monitoring, measurement, and reviews
  • Ensure that all team members and vendors understand and comply with company policies and work procedures
  • Manage piloting and new project launches in cooperation with team leaders
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs on curation projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess and develop employee skills through targeted training and mentorship
  • Design and maintain a system for evaluating training effectiveness, incorporating feedback from participants and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to define policies and operational workflows that meet project expectations
  • Stay informed about the work of key stakeholders, tracking new developments and sharing relevant intelligence with colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project or process management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of training programs
  • Background in mapping, cartography, or related fields. Experience using OpenStreetMap
  • Experience with data entry or data labeling
  • Experience working with vendors and partners
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
