Summary

The job is for a Senior Data Engineer who will lead the development and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and build out new integrations to support data collection, analysis, and reporting. The candidate should have a strong background in data engineering, database design, and data warehousing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in a Data Engineer role
• Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc
• Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools
• Strong analytical skills related to working with unstructured datasets

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain optimal data pipelines
• Assemble large, complex data sets to meet functional and non-functional business requirements
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements
• Work with stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance and security policies
