Senior Data Engineer

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering (SQL, NoSQL, Kafka, ETL Tools, Data Lakes & Data Warehouses)
• Basic experience in DataOps (AWS - DMS and Airflow, Terraform, Docker)
• Experience with data warehousing solutions, preferably Snowflake (as a developer)
• 2+ years of programming skills in Python
• Familiarity with data testing
• Deep expertise in data pipelines, streaming data, and ETL workflows (DBT preferred)
• Knowledge of Polish language for team communication
• B2 level English skills for meetings with US teams
• Tax residency status in Poland

Responsibilities

• Implement functionalities independently or with minimal assistance
• Contribute to the architecture roadmap, creating performant and reliable systems with a great developer experience
• Consider the holistic aspects of software creation: functionality, testing, maintenance, and further development
• Share knowledge and learn from more experienced colleagues
