Summary

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, strong SQL skills, and experience with Power BI.

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in data engineering, with a focus on data pipeline development and data table creation
• 3-5 years’ experience with SQL and relational databases and database management
• 3-5 years’ experience with Power BI and creating data visualizations
• 3-5 years’ experience with data warehousing solutions and ETL tools
• 3-5 years’ experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for efficient data loading and transformation
• Ensure data quality and integrity through robust validation processes
• Develop and optimize data tables to support business intelligence and analytics
• Collaborate with data analysts and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources
• Optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize data insights
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver impactful visualizations
• Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and other IT team members to understand data needs and provide technical support
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
• Identify and implement best practices for data engineering processes
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and analytics

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a strong plus
