Snappt is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead their Fraud Operations product area. The role involves fighting fraud in the rental industry, creating user-friendly products, working with data science on algorithms, and staying updated on industry trends. Requirements

• At least 4 years of product management experience
• Experience working on fraud related products, including tooling for internal teams and/or AI/ML based automation
• Design Sense: Deliver products with intuitive user experience
• Product Expert: Know product inside and out, how it works, who it’s for, the value it provides
• Data Oriented: Make data-driven decisions, set impactful goals, track metrics
• Customer-Centric: Expert on customers’ needs, perform good research, synthesize insights
• Problem Solver: Break down problems, create logical solutions, think outside the box
• Organized: Strong at project management, drive efficient product development
• Technically Savvy: Understand technology intricacies, work with Data Science to build algorithms
• Detail-Oriented: Address edge cases, diligently address details

• Improve the experience and tools for Fraud Analysts
• Work with data science team to build and refine algorithms
